We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Rebecca Nabwire Osogo - Okwara as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kweli Capital Group, effective 1st March 2023. Rebecca joins Kweli Capital Group from Britam Asset Manager (K) Limited where she was the Institutional Sales Head, Corporate Business. Rebecca is a proven Visionary and Strategic Leader, recognized for establishing, growing, and managing top-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives and bottom line.

She has close to a decade of experience in the Capital Markets and Pension Industry and has comprehensive knowledge & administration experience of pension schemes and investment management strategies.

As a Technophile, Rebecca has previously partnered with and provided an innovative solution to the Government of Kenya to advance the success of one of the Big 4 Agendas - Affordable Housing for all Kenyans.

Rebecca is currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy & Management (MPPM)  from Strathmore Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University - India, a certificate on The Trustee Development Program Kenya (TDPK) from Humbler University (CA) in collaboration with the College of Insurance and the Retirement Benefits Authority, and is an associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).
